Meet Our Team
Nobuko Ikegami is the CEO and founder of FUREGO Empowerment Inc. Nobuko spent 20 years at multinational companies including Meta, Apple and Dell|EMC, leading global and regional teams out of Japan. Throughout her corporate career, she supported business growth through performance consultation, end to end global learning strategy development, learning solutions implementation, communications, and operational process improvement. She also established and led Pride@Japan, and co-led Pride@APAC at Meta supporting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community.
